Bunch supports pressure vessel and firetube work with qualified trades, certified quality systems, inspection planning, and field-ready documentation.
Bunch provides vessel and firetube services for upstream, midstream, and industrial facilities, including fabrication, repairs, and alterations. Our work is completed under a certified quality system and in accordance with applicable codes, jurisdictional requirements, and client specifications.
Bunch fabricates ASME Section VIII, Division 1 pressure vessels — including separators, knockout drums, scrubbers, contactors, and surge tanks — with integration into structural steel, piping, instrumentation, coating, insulation, and modular assemblies where required.
All vessel work is performed under a certified quality system with full documentation, inspection, and code compliance from start to completion.
Qualified welders and tradespeople with experience in pressure vessel fabrication, repair, and firetube work across shop and field environments.
Bunch performs vessel work both in-shop and in the field — supporting new builds, turnarounds, outage repairs, and brownfield alterations.
Certified pressure vessel repairs and alterations in shop and field environments, including nozzle additions, shell and head repairs, weld remediation, internal component installation, and turnaround or outage support.
Firetube repairs, replacements, and modifications for heater systems, completed with qualified tradespeople, QA/QC oversight, safety planning, and full documentation to support safe and efficient completion.
