Project Delivery

Flexible delivery models for the way the project is actually organized

Bunch supports clients, engineering companies, EPC teams, and owner groups through defined service scopes, prime contractor roles, EPC-style work, design-build, and turnkey delivery.

Delivery Models

One partner, structured to fit how your project runs

Bunch supports clients, engineering companies, EPC teams, and owner groups through defined service scopes, prime contractor roles, EPC-style work, design-build, and turnkey delivery.

The delivery model is selected to match how the project is organized — who controls the schedule, who manages the interfaces, and how much integrated accountability the client wants from a single execution partner.

Service Provider

As a service provider, Bunch delivers defined scopes of work within a pre-defined project structure controlled by the client, engineering company, or project management team. This model fits projects where another party retains overall project management and Bunch is engaged for specific scopes such as fabrication, construction, E&I, insulation, scanning, or other specialized scopes.

Bunch still manages its crews, safety, quality, field reporting, and scope-specific documentation while coordinating with the broader project team.

02

Prime Contractor

As prime contractor, Bunch accepts overall responsibility for site execution and acts as the primary construction lead for the project. This includes coordinating the worksite under applicable occupational health and safety requirements, managing subcontractors and trade interfaces, overseeing field logistics, and maintaining clear communication with the client and project team.

In this role, Bunch provides a single point of contact for construction execution, safety coordination, schedule, quality, reporting, and site control. The prime contractor model fits multi-discipline projects where clients want one accountable execution lead to manage construction risk, coordinate the work, and drive the project safely and efficiently through field delivery.

EPC-Style Delivery

Bunch supports EPC-style delivery where clients want an integrated partner connecting engineering, procurement, fabrication, construction, and project controls. This gives clients a single point of accountability, earlier constructability input, improved schedule coordination, and stronger control over the factors that drive cost.

Bunch can also support hybrid delivery models where packaged equipment is delivered under a separate EPF contract with a packager, while Bunch provides EPC-style delivery for the remaining facility scope, interconnecting work, site construction, and field execution. Clients receive clear visibility through daily activity updates, quantity tracking, earned value reporting, and progress dashboards throughout execution.

Design-Build & Turnkey

Bunch supports design-build and turnkey delivery where clients want one accountable partner to deliver a complete project or package. Bunch manages planning, engineering coordination, procurement, fabrication, construction, quality, turnover, and commissioning support, reducing the client's management burden and providing clear accountability from start to finish.

These models are especially useful for repeatable assets, modular scopes, packaged systems, and work where schedule certainty and interface control are critical.
