Rocky Mountain House / Clearwater
The Clearwater facility is the operational heart of Bunch. Located on a 170-acre site, the facility includes more than 100,000 square feet of covered space across multiple buildings and supports project management, vessels/firetubes, pressure piping, structural steel, vessels, electrical and instrumentation, insulation, quality control, and field operations.
A key advantage of the Clearwater site is its 30-acre integrated mod yard, co-located directly with fabrication. This allows shop fabrication, staging, testing, coating, and module assembly to be performed from one location. By keeping fabrication and modular assembly together, Bunch can reduce handling, improve sequencing, and move large pipe rack modules efficiently toward completion.
The Clearwater facility also houses significant structural steel automation, including automated beam processing, drilling, plasma cutting, and Fanuc robotic welding cells used for structural steel processing and welding. These investments support improved productivity, repeatability, and fit-up accuracy for structural steel, modules, skids, pipe racks, platforms, walkways, landings, and other industrial assemblies.
