Operational Excellence
Real-time reporting that gives clients visibility while work is happening
Bunch project controls combine daily field data, client reporting, Daily Activity Feed, dashboards, progress tracking, photos, and secure portal access.
Cost, schedule, and progress — visible from day one
Bunch uses a structured project controls system to give clients clear visibility into cost, schedule, progress, productivity, and field activity. Project controls are established at kickoff through Bunch's Project Management Office, where cost summaries, reporting groups, schedule milestones, and task-level tracking are set up before work begins.
Progress is tracked using planned value and earned value. Planned value is built from the project schedule, budget, and expected progress curve. Earned value is generated as work is completed and verified through quantity-based reporting, task completion, and daily field input. This allows Bunch and the client to compare planned progress against earned progress on a real-time basis and identify trends early.
The result is stronger transparency, better cost and schedule control, and fewer surprises throughout execution.
